We really enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. It made our stay in Melbourne with 3 adults and 3 children very easy!
Overall the house was very family friendly and we found it to be very well equipped (particularly the kitchen/laundry). It suited our large family very well, with room to spare. Was very comfortable, especially the bedding which was hotel quality. Home was very clean, tidy and well kept. If travelling with a larger group would definitely recommend, pricing was very competitive compared to local hotels and provided much more space. Complimentary items were very useful also and enough was provided for the duration of our stay.
As a host Jon was extremely responsive and communication/instructions were clear, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I had a great stay at Jon’s Airbnb. Jon contacted me regularly before and during my stay to make sure I felt fully assured and comfortable, which I really appreciated. The house itself was spacious, clean, and in a lovely location. Overall, a really positive experience — highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay at Jon's place. He was very accommodating and promptly replies to our queries. The place also matched the online description and felt cozy and comfortable to stay in. We also didn't encounter any problems throughout our stay. This place is highly recommended for long stays for 3 to 4 families. It's no wonder why this place is highly rated. We had an amazing short stay in Melbourne. The house is so clean and very cozy. The neighborhood is so quiet, you can really have a good rest. It is close to everything from the supermarket to even a church! We would love to stay again in Jon’s place when given an opportunity.

Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to stay in Melbourne. There is no fault within this accommodation. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. Jon was very proactive with responding and always checked in to see if we were okay, which was much appreciated. Thank you again Jon for everything, we will definitely be booking again when we come back to Melbourne
