We had a pleasant stay at Jon's place. He was very accommodating and promptly replies to our queries. The place also matched the online description and felt cozy and comfortable to stay in. We also didn't encounter any problems throughout our stay. This place is highly recommended for long stays for 3 to 4 families. It's no wonder why this place is highly rated. The feedback from the guests speak for themselves.

The place is beautifull and even better in person than as advertised.Its clean and spotless.The linen was fresh and of high quality.The Kitchen has great utencils and felt at home.The place was easily accesible and Jon responds wery quickly.He even accomodated an early check in as one of our guests arrived early.

We had an amazing short stay in Melbourne. The house is so clean and very cozy. The neighborhood is so quiet, you can really have a good rest. It is close to everything from the supermarket to even a church! We would love to stay again in Jon’s place when given an opportunity.

Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to stay in Melbourne. There is no fault within this accommodation. It was spotless, the beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. Jon was very proactive with responding and always checked in to see if we were okay, which was much appreciated. Thank you again Jon for everything, we will definitely be booking again when we come back to Melbourne

Stayed for a week, and found it a great comfortable place to stay. We found that there was no ironing board and the host dropped one off that day. He was very helpful.

From the initial enquiry to the final booking, communication with Jon was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. He provided detailed information and answered all our questions, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. The property itself was exactly as advertised — warm, inviting, and truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
