Cozy Homes by Melb Airport, CBD & Watergardens

We have just had a beautiful 3 night stay. Jon was so helpful with every interaction. Home was so warm, clean and comfortable. We were a couple with children and it was very well suited to us! We would recommend this house with no problems. Thanks for having us!

Stayed for a week, and found it a great comfortable place to stay. We found that there was no ironing board and the host dropped one off that day. He was very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Jon’s place! It was incredibly comfortable and perfectly located — close to shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, and the airport, which made everything super convenient. Honestly, I would choose this place over a 5-star hotel any day. One of the best parts about Jon’s place is that it feels like a home away from home. Having our own kitchen and full amenities meant we could cook our own meals and really settle in, which is something you just don’t get in most hotels. And I have to mention my absolute favorite part — the washing machine! After a long trip, it's such a relief to be able to do laundry before heading home. That simple feature made such a big difference for us. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely recommend Jon’s place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly relaxing stay.

Jon was very helpful and very quick to respond to any enquiries we had. The place is very clean, neat, and perfect for travelling families. A great host and will save this place for next time.

This was our first AirBnB experience and Jon was a fantastic host. he was very attentive and patient with our questions and overall made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The house was neat and tidy upon arrival. Very modest and as pictured. The neighbourhood is quiet and in a lovely area with public transport nearby. a fantastic stay, will do it again!

Jon’s place was perfect! It was exactly as described with three large bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV. There was a fully functional kitchen with everything you need, a huge couch, bathroom with soaps and shampoos and plenty of security including an automatic locking front door and a security camera at the driveway. The neighbourhood was so peaceful, we didn’t hear any sounds during the night! Just the perfect place to come back to after a busy day, to get a good rest. Jon was extremely helpful, with very quick replies and he provided plenty of clear information for check-in, check-out and even during the stay. Thank you for having us!
